8:00 am to 5 pm. Saturday

General Rules

· Always bring with you your library card.
· Always observe silence.
· Avoid littering.
· Cell phone must be reserved on a silent mode.
Borrowing Procedures

Student:

For library card issuance present your study load.
Maximum of three (3) various titles of books may be borrowed at a time.  Subject to renewal if not in demand.
Penalty of five pesos (Php5.00) per day will be charged for overdue books.

Faculty

For inclusion to the  faculty  borrower’s record present your teaching load
Maximum of six (6) various titles of books may be borrowed at a time.  Subject to renewal if not in demand.
Every end of the semester, present your school clearance to the librarian.

Location of Materials (Library Section)

Archives - rare and valuable materials. In-house academic research output and management essential planning documents.

General Circulation Section – Materials for research and for home reading use.

Filipiniana Section - materials about the Philippines/ Philippine adaptation materials.

Bound Periodicals - (local and foreign)

Theses Section - research output of our students and related materials.

Vertical Files/Newspaper clippings.

Internet Section

Instructional Materials Center (IMC) - CD/DVD format and other related electronic equipment for classroom instruction.

WEB OPAC - Library database for electronic searching of library collection.
       Reserved Section-These are in-demand books for overnight use only.



Classification of materials
The library uses the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) scheme.
For easy access and shelving of the library materials, classification was complimented with a color coding style.
